More than two decades ago, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) recognized the added value that will, for global organizations, create compliance with the requirements of a large number of standards. It is this vision of the world in which different organizational aspects are in line with the best world practice and, in general, the perspective of understanding standards as the "best world practice" - has further determined us to approach consulting activities from the starting point - the consortium.
We sincerely believe that the future belongs to the standards. As we sincerely believe that a large number of requirements of many different standards can be better implemented with a good network of experts from many different industries, who are united over common responsibility.
And we do not mean just about broader expertise, less risk in achieving goals and respecting set deadlines, the support that each of our projects receives from the entire GSC network, and other general features of our work, but also the ability of the Global Standards Consortium to adapt to narrowly specific requirements of their clients.
Consistency in the work and the mission of the Global Standards Consortium
Sometimes it's hard to find an answer. Again, sometimes the answer to the key issue is generally known, obvious, and then the challenge is not to get an answer, but to find the best way to behave in accordance with it. And be consistent in that. Our mission is based on our commitment to provide our clients with consulting services and relevant training, primarily in the domain of standards and related models, which will achieve jointly agreed outcomes. In doing so, we will continually develop our competencies, as well as the competences of all the partners and clients we cooperate with, to take care of the demands of all stakeholders, to nurture the culture of flexibility and to increase the level of readiness to adapt together with the changes that we face globally.
"Young age" and the vision of the Global Standards Consortium
One of the frequent sentences to describe us is - They are a young old organization. And - they are right. This antithesis points to the peculiarity of the consortium that it is always greater than the sum of its parts and that, from its very creation, brings together partners who have several decades of experience and hundreds of realized projects in connection with the establishment, implementation and / or promotion of a set of systems, models and standards from the field of their expertise, and relevant training in relation to those areas that clients want to conquer or improve.
Apart from being accurate, this description of "young age" inspires us daily and directly influenced our vision of the Global Standards Consortium as a consortium that is widely recognized in its consistency to apply globally recognized standards, models and trainings in accordance with the client's requirements.
