Global Standards Consortium DOO, Novi Sad provides consulting services in the implementation of management systems, techniques and tools for business improvement, human resources consulting and specialized training created at the request of clients.
In order to achieve our mission and vision, our business success is based on high professionalism and quality of our services, as well as good partnership with both clients and users of our services, in addition to external associates, employees and other interested parties, in order to meet their demands and needs in the domain of business organization
In this context, the organization Global Standards Consortium DOO, Novi Sad has set the following goals:
- detailed identification of requirements, needs and expectations of beneficiaries and relevant interested parties: focus on users in order to constantly increase their level of satisfaction;
- compliance with legal regulations, high moral principles and professional ethics in providing consulting services, enabling the user to inspect work processes with continuous quality evaluation;
- innovative approaches in problem solving, using modern technologies, trained and educated personnel and the concept of "learning organization": we consider continuous education is necessary for the long-term achievement of excellent results and building a good corporate image;
- continuous identification and assessment of all potential risks related to business activities, the safety of clients and employees, in order to eliminate or minimize risks;
- expanding the existing services offered by the organization, introducing new services, methods and techniques of work, as well as the process of retaining existing ones and conquering new markets while ensuring the recognition of the image of the organization on the market.
With the realization of established goals which are oriented towards the user and relevant parties involved, with constant direct evaluation by the users, the organization Global Standards Consortium DOO, Novi Sad achieves a high level of customer satisfaction, competitive position in the market, mutual trust and cooperation with its users, as well as meeting the requirements and the aspirations of all involved parties.
